Passing the iconic Puente Romano and Marbella Club hotels in the direction of Marbella town, Casablanca forms a private beachside villa suburb hidden behind a wall of greenery. Though it is close to all manner of luxury Golden Mile amenities, midway between Marbella town and Puerto Banús, this is a peaceful, leafy residential gated area with no passing traffic.
Casablanca is an established area with a private, residential feel, spacious mature gardens and medium to large villas in a wide range of styles, including traditional, Mediterranean, modern, renovated and also newly built.
