Bel Air

Bel Air is one of the prime suburbs that together make up the New Golden Mile. It’s located roughly midway between Estepona and San Pedro, and is also located around ten minutes from Benahavis, Puerto Banús and Marbella town. Situated on the inland side of the coastal road, it is a peaceful area close to nature and only a few hundred metres from sandy beaches, seafood restaurants and beach clubs.

All around are golf courses, including the famous fairways of the Los Flamingos and El Paraíso golf clubs, while Bel Air is also home to one of the best tennis and paddle clubs on the Costa del Sol. You will find an equestrian centre and plenty of horse riding opportunities in the nearby country trails, while the area also has its share of shops, restaurants and schools.

Bel Air is a peaceful residential area that contains townhouses, apartments and villas in Mediterranean style, as well as plots for building your own home. It still offers great value but is an up-and-coming area with lots of modern homes, so also makes for an excellent area for investment on the Costa del Sol.
