Los Reales

A rustic country area that carries the name of the towering mountain dominating the Estepona area, Los Reales is an undulating terrain at the base of the Puerto de Peñas Blancas range close to where it meets the Sierra Bermeja. It’s a charming country zone close to the town yet within the shadow of a mountain that rises to the same height as Ben Nevis, the tallest peak in the UK. Just beyond the hills lie the valleys, mountain ranges and villages of the Serranía de Ronda.

You won’t find apartments or other larger-scaled developments in Los Reales, for this is a country area that retains the charm, natural space and surroundings of a true Andalusian country location—yet does so while being within a few minutes’ drive from Estepona town, golf courses and the Mediterranean shoreline. Country and sea views are prominent from this vantage point, where spacious country properties enjoy unequalled vistas as part of everyday life.

The architectural styles, orientations and sizes of the villas in Los Reales vary, but they share a wonderful setting amid splendid open nature and most typically are contemporary versions of traditional Andalusian country homes, complete with elegant driveways, large panoramic terraces with swimming pools, spacious gardens, cosy patios and interior living spaces. Some also have their own orchards and pine groves.
