La Panera

Located high on the hillside above Selwo Aventura park, to the east of the centre of Estepona and between the AP7 toll highway and the N340 coastal road, the up-and-coming area of La Panera boasts uninterrupted views over the countryside to the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar, and the coast of Morocco.

For the most part, the property available in La Panera are very large building plots for single-family villas, although a small number of these have already been developed into new-built, large and luxurious detached residences, featuring classical Andalusian and modern designs.

La Panera is surrounded by green areas, with the La Resina Golf and Country Club just a short distance away. The beaches along the Mediterranean are less than 10 minutes’ drive downhill, while a range of local services are located along the N340 road to the south of the neighbourhood.
