El Casar

Just down the hill from the village centre of Benahavís, El Casar is a development comprising one-bedroom apartments, and 98 three, four, and five bedroom townhouses, blending classic Andalusian village features with contemporary finishes and comforts, all less than 15 minutes’ drive from the Mediterranean and Marbella. Less than 10 minutes’ easy stroll away, he village of Benahavís is often called the ‘dining room of the Costa del Sol’, due to the large choice of restaurants and bars offer, while golfers and other sports lovers will find plenty to do in the immediate area, with a number of championship-standard courses within easy reach.
