Villa Cascada - La Zagaleta

THE BRIEF:

Terra Meridiana were instructed to source a suitable plot in La Zagaleta with panoramic sea views and not too far from either the north or south security gates of La Zagaleta. After several weeks of searching we found an unfinished abadoned structure located in the prestigous B sector which several clients were looking to buy. After a successful negotation we managed to secure the property for the client.

The client met with several architects before deciding upon the studio of Pablo Villaroel
