Stage 2: Laying pile foundations and improving the plot

Given the inconsistent quality of the soil on the plot, the architects chose to use pile foundations to provide the best possible solution in the long term. At the same time, a trench has been dug to remove the existing earth from the lower level of the plot, prior to its replacement with better quality soil before the retaining walls are put in place.
