Hello, Im thinking of purchasing a property in Spain for my retirement, but I have a question about taxation, as I am a non-EU citizen and don’t want to have my income double-taxed.

Can you clear up for me if the EU will impose tax on non EU citizens who transfer cash to EU banks with money that’s already been taxed in their home countries?
