Finding your property
We offer a free tailor-made property finding service to each and every client based upon their chosen requirements. Our success is based on a simple formula, to find out what people want and to offer as much choice as possible.
You will benefit from a one to one service with a designated property consultant whose job it is to identify your requirements and to find suitable properties. Whilst a lot of groundwork can be achieved before your trip to Spain, it is likely that additional and important requirements will only become apparent during your visit. This is why we will encourage you to look at a broad range of properties. Only then can you really make an informed choice. Finding the right property should be an enjoyable experience so please be prepared to see some "wild cards" during your visit!
Should we be successful and locate your ideal property your property consultant will remain your point of contact, guiding you through the entire lifecycle of purchasing a property in Spain and beyond.
Selling your property
If you would like us to market your property please contact us and we will send you a simple form to fill in. Your property will be marketed through one of the largest agency networks in Spain of which we are members. Your property will also be marketed through our network of collaborating agents in the UK, Europe and Russia whose properties appear on portals such as Prime Location and Find a Property. There is no additional fee for this service.
Renting your property / Finding a rental property

Managing and maintaining your property
Our property management service is designed to take the headache away from remote property ownership. For a set fee from 1,200 Euros a year depending on the size of the property we will perform a thorough check of your property and its contents every month providing you with details and photographic evidence of any existing or potential problems. In addition should the need arise we will arrange for quotes to undertake any work required and organise and manage the work.
Furnishing your property
Whether you have purchased a 2 bedroom apartment or a 6 bedroom villa we provide a host of home furnishing options from all in one furniture packs to bespoke creations from leading design names in Spain. Whatever your taste and budget we are confident we can provide you with at least 2 to 3 options to choose from.
Legal Services
Whether you decide to use your own lawyer or would like to use the services of lawyers we recommend, a good lawyer should be a vital and integral part of buying, renting or selling a property in Spain. A good reference guide for anyone looking for advice prior to visiting or certainly for living in Spain is David Searl's book "You and the Law in Spain" published by Santana Books.
Mortgages
We work with both UK and Spanish banks and/or mortgage brokers depending on rates and levels of service. Please contact us for further information.
Money Transfers

Home insurance
We work with a UK based insurer who provides competitive quotes for comprehensive building and contents or contents only cover. Please contact us for more information.
Bank Accounts
Should you wish we can arrange for your Spanish bank account to be opened. This can be done either during your visit, via your lawyer or directly with the bank by post.
Snagging
Every off plan property purchased through our offices undergoes a free of charge thorough snagging service by a UK chartered surveyor at completion. Buyers are provided with a detailed report highlighting any issues. Our office will manage and inspect any resulting work undertaken by the developer.
