Terra Meridiana were established in 2004. We are a small company based in Estepona in the Costa del Sol, Spain. Our office is strategically located in the middle of our main market locations for property sales and rentals which are: Marbella, Estepona, Sotogrande, Benahavis and inland locations such as Gaucin, Casares and Ronda.

We are committed to offering clients a professional, transparent and quality service and we always aim to give the same level of service we would as clients expect to receive. We aim to offer choice as well as service and as a multiple listing agent we have access to 99% of properties on the market. It's all about finding the right property for the client however long that takes.

We are proud to have been invited to join the Leading Property Agents of Spain (LPA). The LPA is an invitation only members club of top independent real estate agents with time-tested reputations along the Costa del Sol. All members are professionally qualified real estate agencies and represent some of the longest established businesses on the coast.

Location, Location, Location

When we started this business we covered an enormous area stretching from Malaga city to Alcaidesa. We soon realised it was impossible to cover such a vast area in detail and instead we decided to focus on areas that we really liked. We think some of the best areas to live or own a holiday home on the Costa del Sol are Marbella, Estepona, Sotogrande, Benahavis and inland country locations such as Gaucin, Casares and Ronda. Occasionally we will search outside these areas for clients looking at specific locations such as Malaga City or Tarifa for example.

Our clients

Most of our clients come from somewhere abroad, 90% of these arrive from Europe be that the UK, Ireland, Russia, Holland, Germany, Belgium, Italy, France or Slovakia to name a few. The remaining clients either live in Spain as foreign residents or are Spanish residents.

What are our clients looking for

Most of our clients are looking for a home or second home whether that be a luxury villa, beachside apartment, plot to build or country retreat. We also undertake work for commercial clients looking for specific briefs such as hotels or multiple unit purchases.
